Our two small lakes are an ideal setting for a tranquil, but nonetheless, exciting fishing holiday, solely for you and your companions during your stay, which have only been enjoyed by our family and friends to date.
With large catfish carp tench bream  perch  rudd and sturgeon our lake offers excellent fishing for the coarse and carp angler , as the lakes have never been drained since we have owned them we can not be sure exactly whats in them although we have personally caught specimen carp and catfish and also some good size tench.

The lakes are tucked down a small private drive and apart from the odd letter being delivered people rarely bother us. There are two lakes, and it is the largest main lake that is the selling point although the smaller pond does stock some good fish as well as the smaller size fish to suit the match angler. The countryside surrounding the lakes is a mixture of forest woodland and fields where there is also a private entrance for long country side walks within the cookworthy moor forest.
The well stocked lake offers plenty of shelter and shade for fishing. With ample space around the banks for those of you seeking solitude and quiet.

Having discovered this idyllic haven, we would now like you to share our surroundings with us, so you can realise the pleasures we experience everyday. The Lakes at Southcott , which is our home, is a very special place to come fishing.
