Our spacious bedrooms are all en suite with shower and bath.
Tea and coffee making facilities are within the rooms along with a 21” colour television and free view.
Breakfast is served in our elegant dining room. Where we offer a full English breakfast or continental if preferred along with toast, coffee, tea and various fruit drinks. (Other variations of the full English can be made or prior request).
We have double rooms , twin rooms and a family room with bunk beds avaliable from Southcott bed and breakfast.
Guests can also feel free to use the seating area in the rear garden as the waterside view over the lakes is a lovely quite location for painting reading or just pure relaxation.
Locally, we can recommend the Junction Inn located in Halwill just 3 miles away for excellent bar snacks, evening meals and delightful Sunday roast dinners.

We also can provide a Babies Crib if required at a small cost of just £5.00 which would will be erected for you prior to arrival ( there are no charges for children under 5 years old ) children under 14 years but over 5 years accompanied by an adult will be charged and the reduced rate of £14 per child per night.
Please note: Although we are open all year round breakfast and dining will not be available on the following times: Easter week , Xmas week and New years week.
